Middlesex University Dubai Celebrates Happiness Day

Middlesex University Dubai Student Council celebrated Happiness Day in University on 30th March 2017. A Popcorn Machine, Cotton Candy Machine and Nachos stall was set up in Block 16 lobby and the students appreciated the free treats to utmost Happiness! The Dance Club performed a flash mob ,students fancied props and got their photos clicked at the Photobooth with their friends and rejoiced playing various games which offered Giveaways for the winners. The program was followed by a movie screening of Moana which the students thoroughly enjoyed.

The students of the Accounting and Finance Department celebrated the success of the second edition of the Financial Modeling Club (FMC2.0) on 6 March 2024. Led by students, this year’s FMC 2.0 featured four upskilling workshops and two competitions. A total of fifty-five students secured the Foundations Certificate in Financial Modeling, offered by our academic partner, FMI. Special congratulations to Chirag Kherajani for earning the Financial Modeling Institute scholarship for Advanced Financial Modeling certification.
The month of February kicked off with an immersive field trip to enrich the student experience at the AI Film Festival at Expo City Dubai
In March, both the third-year January cohort and first-year September cohort students embarked on a field trip to explore the UAE Innovates Exhibition and the DHL Innovation Hub
