Dr Martin Sposato completes Postgraduate Module in Leadership at Harvard University
- Thursday, 6 September 2018
Dr Martin Sposato, Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Middlesex University Dubai, recently completed a Postgraduate Module in Leadership at Harvard University, Boston.
In his own words, “the course was intense and very demanding, but I enjoyed every bit of it, and managed to achieve an A grade. I intend to apply all that I have learned at Harvard in my classes here at Middlesex University Dubai in general, but specifically to the Leadership module in the MBA course that I am currently teaching, and the 3rd year Undergraduate Leadership module”.
Martin was also awarded his Academic Membership with the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD) and is now able to use the additional status of MCIPD. This status is not an easy undertaking, and according to Martin “this has been a long and challenging accreditation but I am thrilled with the outcome”.
Congratulations Martin!
