Team Middlesex Succeed at NYUAD Track and Field Meet

Four Universities competed in the Track and Field Meet hosted by NYUAD on 9 November 2018.
It was a great evening for Team Middlesex who achieved the following results:
- 100m male sprint – 1st place
- 200m male sprint – 2nd and 3rd place
- 300m male sprint – 3rd, 4th and 6th place
- 1,500m male run – 1st place
- 800m male run – 3rd and 4th place
- 800m female run – 3rd and 4th place
- 400m female run – 3rd place
- High Jump – 1st place
This was the first official track and field competition for our Athletics Team this season after just two months of training. Great job Team Middlesex!!

The students of the Accounting and Finance Department celebrated the success of the second edition of the Financial Modeling Club (FMC2.0) on 6 March 2024. Led by students, this year’s FMC 2.0 featured four upskilling workshops and two competitions. A total of fifty-five students secured the Foundations Certificate in Financial Modeling, offered by our academic partner, FMI. Special congratulations to Chirag Kherajani for earning the Financial Modeling Institute scholarship for Advanced Financial Modeling certification.
The month of February kicked off with an immersive field trip to enrich the student experience at the AI Film Festival at Expo City Dubai
In March, both the third-year January cohort and first-year September cohort students embarked on a field trip to explore the UAE Innovates Exhibition and the DHL Innovation Hub
