The Careers and Employability Services workshop which took place on the 19th and 20th of February 2019, featured various activities which include: tips on CV writing and Interviews, acquiring presentation skills as well as preparing for the future. Shams Hasan, the Infrastructure Solutions Manager at Dell EMC facilitated one of the guest speaker sessions in which he spoke about emerging technology trends as well as advised students on how to increase their employability and prepare for the future in uncertain circumstances. He also shared tips on how to write an engaging and effective CV.

The students of the Accounting and Finance Department celebrated the success of the second edition of the Financial Modeling Club (FMC2.0) on 6 March 2024. Led by students, this year’s FMC 2.0 featured four upskilling workshops and two competitions. A total of fifty-five students secured the Foundations Certificate in Financial Modeling, offered by our academic partner, FMI. Special congratulations to Chirag Kherajani for earning the Financial Modeling Institute scholarship for Advanced Financial Modeling certification.
