MDX Mooting Society meet Jereon Schilling

Members of the Mooting Society at Middlesex University Dubai attended a session with Jereon Schilling, Economic Advisor of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the Dutch Consulate in Dubai.
Jereon gave insight into his interesting career path, the value of building networking skills and undertaking internships, and the alternative career options available for law graduates.
The MDX Dubai Mooting society is coordinated and led by our law students and regularly hosts workshops, events and competitions.

The students of the Accounting and Finance Department celebrated the success of the second edition of the Financial Modeling Club (FMC2.0) on 6 March 2024. Led by students, this year’s FMC 2.0 featured four upskilling workshops and two competitions. A total of fifty-five students secured the Foundations Certificate in Financial Modeling, offered by our academic partner, FMI. Special congratulations to Chirag Kherajani for earning the Financial Modeling Institute scholarship for Advanced Financial Modeling certification.
