Rashita Puthiya CA SFHEA

Biography

Rashita holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Mahatma Gandhi University (Kerala, India). She is an Associate Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been in the field of education since 2011. She undertakes corporate training in IFRS and has conducted training sessions for Kreston Menon, ICAI Dubai & Abu Dhabi Chapter. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Accounting and Finance at Middlesex University, London.

Her learning and teaching interests include Advanced Financial Reporting covering IFRS, Business Finance, Corporate Accountability, Applied Corporate Finance and Valuation.

Rashita’s research interests include the application of IFRS, equity valuation, financial markets, Islamic financing and socially responsible investing.
