PROGRAMME DELIVERY
The CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice is designed to be flexible and accessible to suit different learning preferences and professional commitments. The programme is delivered in the following formats:

Who will I be taught by?
Claudia Maher
Head of CIPD Study Centre
Claudia holds a master’s degree in human resources management and a master’s in Higher Education from Middlesex University, and a BA Honours in Business Management (Human Resources) from the University of East London. She is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK) (FCIPD), has completed the Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (PG Cert) and is FHEA and Prince2 certified. Claudia’s learning and teaching interests include all areas of HR, including Total Reward – Financial Management, Compensation and Benefits, Transformation of Leadership, The Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, and Academic Writing. She is currently undertaking her PhD research in acting pedagogy in leadership and management.

Thenji Moyo
Partner and Head of the Employment practice at Gateley LLP
Thenji is an admitted UK employment solicitor who has been based in the UAE for ten years working predominantly on contentious and non-contentious employment matters within local and international firms, she advises on complex employment issues which include global mobility of employees, workplace investigations, cross-jurisdictional matters including temporary assignment, secondment, cross border engagements.
Thenji is an adjunct employment law lecturer at MDX Dubai and an active volunteer lawyer within various pro bono clinics.
Carmen Rendi

Carmen holds a master’s degree in HR from Middlesex University Dubai, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK) (FCIPD). She brings academic credentials but also a dedication to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
