Classes

Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. The classes are delivered by qualified professional from the health and fitness industry. The class groups are mixed and limited to maximum 10 persons.

Circuits

Circuits are a great way to get to experience all the gym has to offer. In a circuits class, you move round the room in small groups trying different exercises and activities for short periods of time, taking on cardio, resistance and strength training activities at various stations. The class groups are mixed and limited to maximum 10 persons.

Cardio Blast

The class is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which incorporates short intervals of workouts proceeded by levels. Cardio Blast exercises are based strictly on cardio. Participants do jumps, spot jumps, burpees, and a number of other exercises. The class groups are mixed and limited to maximum 10 persons.

Nutrition Guides

Our instructors are specialists in personal training. They will assist you to  train at home, outdoor or in the gym. Get fit & healthy while having fun!

Farhan Firoz

Coach Farhan adopts a science-based approach to achieving fitness goals, ensuring that exercises are tailored to the individual’s capabilities. He also leads the MDX Athletics Team, where he consistently helps the team shine each season.
