International Checklist

Final university checklist for international students

Have you done everything you need to do to start university and travel to Dubai?

The new academic year starts very soon! Here’s all the information you need to make your big move as seamless as possible.

Make sure you’ve got the following things checked off your list:

Admissions

Unconditional Offer Letter

Your Admissions Counsellor will send you this when you’ve submitted all the documents outlined and completed all the required steps highlighted on your original offer letter. You need your unconditional offer letter to confirm your enrolment.

Original Academic Documents

To meet the final conditions of your Unconditional Offer Letter, please ensure you bring all original copies of the academic documents (transcript, degree, IELTS certificates, etc.) you submitted during the online application process to our Admissions Team.

Student Visa

Student visa applications for the UAE are usually quick and easy, but can sometimes take a couple of weeks. We offer full support to international students applying for their visa. We advise you to apply as soon as possible.

Enrolment

Once you’ve received the instructions and login details via email, you need to complete your enrolment as soon as possible. Your enrolment process is the next step after completing your application, and you need to complete it to start your classes and have access to all the resources you’ll need as a Middlesex student.

Tuition Fee Deposit

Ensure you have paid your initial AED 3,000 deposit. This secures your place and allows you to avail your one-time scholarships and study grants. Closer to the start of term, you also need to ensure you’ve paid the remaining deposit of AED 4,000 to start your classes. You can speak to your Admissions Counsellor if you have questions about your payment plan. Learn more
