All students who graduate from the University will automatically receive a final qualification certificate. Certificates are issued within 3 months from the publication of final results and are posted to the Dubai campus so that they can be distributed to students.
Certificates will not be issued to any student with outstanding debt to the University.
Additional Diploma Supplements (Transcripts)
Requests for additional Diploma Supplements/Transcripts should be made via the Student Office in Block 16. There is a charge of AED 52.50 for an additional copy of a Diploma Supplement.
If a certificate is lost or damaged (either in transit or after arrival to the recipient) the University may, at its discretion, issue a replacement certificate. However, the University will not issue additional copies to any applicant holding an original certificate.
A replacement certificate has the same standing as the original and is produced in the format currently in use by the University. Please note that only one replacement certificate can be issued by the University (at its discretion) therefore we advise students to keep their original certificate safe and store a digital copy for their reference.
There is a charge of £65 (AED 350)* for a replacement certificate and this may take up to two months to be processed. You are required to complete an online form in order to obtain a replacement certificate. Students may find this form here.
