Nol Card – New Application and Renewal
The below form is to request the Status Letter for the Student Nol Card from the RTA, and this service is only available to current students enrolled on a programme with Middlesex University Dubai. If you have any queries related to Nol Cards, please contact the RTA or visit the RTA office at any metro station.
Students can apply for this service once they have completed their induction, received their student ID card and their MISIS account has been activated. Cards will be issued at the beginning of the academic year.
Students may collect their Status Letter from the Visa Office in Block 17, a minimum of 5 working days after the form has been submitted. Please note that forms submitted without a copy of the student’s Emirates ID will not be processed. If you require a Status Letter for any other purpose, please contact the Student Office directly.

Note: the RTA will only issue a Student Nol Card to those with an Emirates ID
