Eligibility: Domestic (UAE) applicants for the International Foundation Programme and Undergraduate/Bachelor’s Programmes

Academic Year: January 2025

Expiry: Applicants must apply, accept their offer and make a deposit payment of AED 3,000 to receive the grant.

Tuition Fees: Fees are subject to change based on the exchange rate at the time of payment, if shown in other currencies. Fee amounts reflected on tuition fee invoices provided to students are inclusive of the scholarship/grant awarded to them.

Duration: The scholarship is spread over the full duration of study at Middlesex University Dubai. All scholarships and grants are at the discretion of the University.

Redemption: The Academic Excellence Scholarship, Early Enrolment Grant and Schools Partnership Grant can be redeemed together, depending on the student’s eligibility, at any one time in line with the relevant applicable deadlines specified in the offer letter.

Students in the UAE are eligible for a grant of 10% on all postgraduate programmes. Students choosing to study an MBA or the MA Human Resource Management and Development programme are eligible for a 20% Professional Study Grant.

Redemption: The Postgraduate Study Grant and Early Enrolment Grant can be redeemed together, depending on the student’s eligibility, at any one time in line with the relevant applicable deadlines specified in the offer letter.

Students in the UAE studying the Executive MBA or MBA (Daytime Delivery) or the MA Human Resource Management and Development programme are eligible for a 20% Professional Study Grant.

Students at our partner schools in the UAE are entitled to combine their Academic Excellence Scholarship with a Schools Partnership Grant of AED 2,500.

Duration: The Schools Partnership Grant will be taken off the first year’s fees and will be a one-time grant.

Redemption: The Schools Partnership Grant, Academic Excellence Scholarship and Early Enrolment Grant can be redeemed together depending on the student’s eligibility, at any one time in line with the relevant applicable deadlines specified in the offer letter.

Our Partner Schools

Applicants from the following partner schools are eligible for the Schools Partnership Grant.

Students who attend our GEMS Partners Schools in the UAE and across the world can benefit from an Academic Excellence Scholarship or International Study Grant in addition to a GEMS Schools Partnership Grant of AED 3,000.

Redemption: The GEMS Schools Partnership Grant, Academic Excellence Scholarship (or International Study Grant), and Early Enrolment Grant can be redeemed together, depending on the student’s eligibility, at any one time in line with the relevant applicable deadlines specified in the offer letter.

GEMS Partner Schools

If you are attending one of these schools, you will automatically receive the GEMS Schools Partnership Grant towards your tuition fees.

All MDX alumni receive a 25% Alumni Study Grant if they choose to enrol in further studies.

Redemption: The Alumni Grant and Early Enrolment Grant can be redeemed together, depending on the student’s eligibility, at any one time in line with the relevant applicable deadlines specified in the offer letter.

Teachers and School Staff from the UAE and across the world will receive a 25% Teacher Study Grant when enrolling onto one of our education programmes or a 20% Teacher Study Grant for all other postgraduate programmes.

Eligibility: Domestic (UAE) and international applicants for Education Postgraduate/Master’s programmes and other Postgraduate programmes, who are teaching in schools in the UAE or across the globe.

(Evidence must be provided to redeem the Teacher Study Grant)

The Team Middlesex Sporting Excellence Scholarship is awarded to applicants who are excelling in the sporting world, demonstrating aptitude in their sports and academic performance prior to joining the university.

Eligibility: Domestic (UAE) and international applicants for the International Foundation Programme and Undergraduate/Bachelor’s programmes, who have shown excellence in sporting success and achievement at a national and/or international level within any organised sport (individual or team).

Awarding Criteria: The Sporting Excellence Scholarship is awarded at the discretion of the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Director of the University.

Academic Year: January 2025

Redemption: The IT Package Grant cannot be combined with any other scholarship or grant.

ESAAD cardholders (including the spouse and siblings of the cardholder) can redeem a 25% discount on total tuition fees.

To avail this offer, please present your ESAAD card and a valid employee ID copy to the Admissions Office.

Please note this cannot be used in conjunction with any other scholarships or grants.

*Please note: the Esaad grants are awarded and applicable only at time of enrolling as a new student to Middlesex University Dubai. Documents must remain valid throughout and must be submitted (Campus Central) at the start of each intake.

FAZAA cardholders (including the spouse and siblings of the cardholder) can redeem a 25% discount on total tuition fees.
