Student Social Spaces

It’s important for our students to have somewhere to relax on campus, and we are consistently upgrading our facilities with the student experience in mind.

From study areas to arcade games, hangout spaces to music rooms, our students always have somewhere to take a step back, enjoy a change of scenery, catch up with friends and reset.

SOCIAL HUB, BLOCK 15

A common spot for hangouts in between classes, the Social Hub features arcade games like air hockey and table football, as well as spaces to sit and relax or study.

MUSIC ROOM, GAMING ROOM AND PINGPONG/POOL ROOM, BLOCK 15

For students with more niche interests, we have specific rooms of the university where they can practice musical instruments, use the games consols including PS5s, or play a game of pool or pingpong!

STUDY DISTRICT ONE, BLOCK 17

The original Study District opened in 2023, and has been a popular location for study groups, presentations, events and meet-ups ever since! Home to our renowned MIH.

STUDY DISTRICT TWO, BLOCK 17

This new study space is a relaxed environment for students to explore ideas, study, practice presentations and more

SOCIAL SQUARE, BLOCK 19

A green space with plenty of places to lounge, this spot is popular with students needing a space to relax.

GROUP STUDY SPACES, GROUND FLOOR BLOCK 17 AND 3RD FLOOR BLOCK 1

Purpose built individual rooms with screens allow students to find a semi-private place to study together or alone
