Welcome to Team Middlesex Athletics!
Our fast paced team is showing students how running can be enjoyable, whether competing in competitions or simply running to keep fit and healthy.
No experience is needed. If you are new to running, these sessions will introduce you gradually with a mix of walking, jogging and running to get you up to speed.
No one is “too slow” to come along.
We have both mens and womens teams, that are made up of students of different abilities, who all support each other to be the best at what they do.
