A cornerstone of our vibrant sports community, Basketball is one of the most popular sports at MDX with both mens and womens teams available. The Basketball teams perform at a high-level, competing in a range of events across the UAE. The training sessions are coached sessions that includes support for different abilities – we’ll take you through drills, skills and set up some fun games to get you back in the game!
