If an employer or organisation is paying tuition fees for any student and requires to be invoiced directly, the student will need to email evidence of this (an official letter of sponsorship) to firstname.lastname@example.org. This is to be provided prior to, or at registration, for each year of study. An official letter of sponsorship must include; the invoice address, Tax Registration Number (TRN) number, contact details and name of a person (a suitable official) at the sponsoring organisation, the name of the student and the amount of sponsorship.
Instalment plans are not available to sponsorship organisations and therefore the amount of sponsorship for the academic year is due in full by 15th October 2018. If invoices are not paid within this deadline, the debt along with any late payment charges will revert to the student.
