Navya Pudhukkudi Chanolien LLB LLM FHEA

Biography

Navya is a lecturer at Middlesex University Dubai, where she has been teaching since 2019. She contributes to teaching across all three years of the LLB programme and the International Foundation Programme (Law). Navya holds an LLB Honours (2017) from Middlesex University Dubai and an LLM in International Law (2022). Additionally, she has completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education and is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (FHEA) (2022). 

In 2024, Navya was part of two teams that won the Staff Innovation Award in two categories. These awards recognized her contributions to initiatives enhancing the employability of future lawyers and creative collaboration as part of the Wellness Office.

As a Staff Inclusivity Champion, Navya is passionate about fostering an inclusive learning environment. She is actively involved in the Wellness Office and co-hosts the mdxMindset Podcast alongside Yousra Osman, where they engage with the broader community on topics of mental health and wellness.
