Neelofer Mashood MA MBA FHEA PGCHE

Biography

Neelofer holds a Bachelor of Science, an Advanced Diploma in Management Research, a Master’s in Education (Leadership, Management and Change) and an MBA. She also obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from Middlesex University Dubai. She is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK) and the Dubai Human Resource Forum.

Her teaching and learning interests include Human Resource in Business, Human Resource in Practice, Organisational Behaviour, Managerial Leadership, Effective Management and Leadership, Service Operations Management, and Entrepreneurship and Small Business.
