Sony Sreejith is a Business Lecturer and the Coordinator of the International Foundation Programme (IFP) Business Pathway at Middlesex University Dubai. She obtained a master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong. Additionally, she holds a Master of Science, Bachelor of Science, and Bachelor of Education from the University of Calicut, as well as a Certificate in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley. With over 13 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration in both India and the UAE, she has successfully worked with diverse cohorts of students from various international backgrounds. Prior to her position at Middlesex University Dubai, she served as a faculty member at the University of Wollongong in Dubai.
