Dr Nitin Simha Vihari Poluru, MCIPD, FHEA

Biography

Dr. Nitin Vihari completed his BTech in Engineering from JNTU (India) and MBA in HRM at National Institute of Technology, Trichy (India), before obtaining his PhD in HRM at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (India).  

He is an Academic Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK and a Professional Member of the Australian Human Resource Institute (MAHRI), Australia.

Nitin is the Campus Programme Coordinator of MA in Human Resource Management and Development. His learning and teaching interests include Human Resource Management, Leadership, Organizational Behaviour and Business Research Methods.
